What is your return/exchange policy for Oli G?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Oli G, we happily offer a refund within 30 days of your receipt date for US domestic orders placed directly through our website. Please NOTE: We only process returns for products purchased directly through our website.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hi@oligclub.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8565 W 44th Ave , Suite# 112, Hialeah FL 33018, United States.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any Oli G products purchased at our partnering salons must be returned to the store it was originally purchased from. Due to security constraints, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

How do I process a return?

To return your item, please contact a customer service representative via email at hi@oligclub.com. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

When will my credit card be refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. Each financial institution varies. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@oligclub.com.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order from Oli G arrives damaged, incorrect, and/or unusable, please contact a customer service representative ASAP at hi@oligclub.com. Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.

What about returns and refunds from the EU?

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
